Ultimate Staffing is hiring for an experienced Site Design Analyst for an ONSITE, temp to hire contract in Durham, NC:
We're looking for a Site Design Analyst to support the planning and design of scalable, customer‑focused sites. In this role, you'll develop high‑volume test fits and site layouts
, optimize vehicle and pedestrian flow, and collaborate with deployment, real estate, and brand teams to bring locations to life.
- Create site test fits and feasibility layouts
- Optimize circulation, accessibility, and user experience
- Produce 2D/3D design studies and visualizations
- Support design standards, branding, and documentation
- 1-4 years of experience in site planning, architecture, or design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong spatial, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
