Compensation: $15.00 per hour

• Tuesday – Saturday 10am to 7pm
• Friday – Tuesday 1pm to 10pm
• Tuesday – Saturday 1pm – 10pm
• Sunday – Thursday 1pm – 10pm

Note: This is an in‑office position, not a remote position.

Applicants selected for this position must attend a 2‑week paid training class from 8am‑5pm EST Monday through Friday beginning on June 2nd.

After completing the two‑week paid training, you will handle inbound phone calls, answer questions/concerns from current and future members as well as club staff regarding the Planet Fitness brand while delivering exceptional customer service. You will also help maintain department inboxes and monitor call volume as needed.

Previous call center or customer service experience is recommended; bilingual is a plus. Must have a high school diploma and be at least 18 years old.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work: This is a non‑exempt position. A non‑exempt employee is entitled to the minimum wage and/or overtime pay protections of the FLSA. The anticipated work schedule will be set during normal Call Center hours of operation and determined by business need. Full‑time employees are ones that regularly work at least 30 hours per week.
