Pay Rate : $22.50/hr

Shift :
Mon-Wed 7:30am-4:30pm

This role is a part time role with the possibility of becoming a full time role

• Coordinating every aspect of the order process for distributor, pet retail, and key account customers—including entry, invoicing, returns, and communications regarding order fulfillment status
• Managing account tasks such as invoicing, damage claims, updating customer information, and processing returns
• Proactively informing customers about backorders, discontinued SKUs, and order statuses
• Reporting and recording information as defined by management, supporting special projects, and assisting sales, supply chain, and commercial operations teams
• Tracking and analyzing shipping issues and customer service KPIs, prioritizing orders for timely and accurate fulfillment

• Have a High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Bring 1-3 years of proven customer service experience
• Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Excel in computer skills (ERP systems such as JDE, Excel, Office, Adobe, Gmail or Google platform strongly preferred)
• Are efficient, organized, and possess strong time management and analytical skills
• Work effectively in a team and can handle multiple priorities
• Amazon 1P and 3P experience is a plus
