Mon-Wed 7:30am-4:30pm
This role is a part time role with the possibility of becoming a full time role
What’s a typical day as Demand Fulfillment Specialist? You’ll be:- Coordinating every aspect of the order process for distributor, pet retail, and key account customers—including entry, invoicing, returns, and communications regarding order fulfillment status
- Managing account tasks such as invoicing, damage claims, updating customer information, and processing returns
- Proactively informing customers about backorders, discontinued SKUs, and order statuses
- Reporting and recording information as defined by management, supporting special projects, and assisting sales, supply chain, and commercial operations teams
- Tracking and analyzing shipping issues and customer service KPIs, prioritizing orders for timely and accurate fulfillment
- Have a High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Bring 1-3 years of proven customer service experience
- Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excel in computer skills (ERP systems such as JDE, Excel, Office, Adobe, Gmail or Google platform strongly preferred)
- Are efficient, organized, and possess strong time management and analytical skills
- Work effectively in a team and can handle multiple priorities
- Amazon 1P and 3P experience is a plus
