• Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email, ensuring a welcoming and helpful experience
• Provide information about products and services, helping customers choose the best solutions for their needs
• Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service
• Drive the company van to deliver orders to customers’ homes as needed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required

Competitive salary offered, from $13/hr.
