– Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead residential, commercial, and multifamily building projects from planning through completion. In this role, you will oversee all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the high-quality standards our company is known for.
Responsibilities- Managing day-to-day construction operations across multiple residential projects.
- Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and internal teams to maintain workflow and resolve issues quickly.
- Reviewing plans, specifications, schedules, and budgets to keep projects on track and aligned with company expectations.
- Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Communicating updates clearly with leadership, homeowners, and project stakeholders.
- Ensuring craftsmanship and attention to detail meet the company’s long-standing reputation for excellence.
A proactive, organized leader with strong construction knowledge, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to keep multiple tasks moving efficiently. Experience in residential building is highly preferred.
