Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, schedules, and site logistics
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
• Enforce jobsite safety policies and company procedures
• Work closely with Project Managers, owners, and inspectors
• Lead and mentor field personnel and trade partners

Project Experience

• Commercial ground-up construction
• Diverse project types such as retail, healthcare, municipal, office, or mixed-use
• Fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain schedule adherence
• Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism
• Experience working with established general contractor processes and standards
