This progressive, emotionally aware couple believes in respectful communication, consistency, and joy. They don’t micromanage, value boundaries, and see their nanny as a trusted partner rather than an employee. They are a fun couple that appreciates humor, and someone who brings silliness into the home will be a great match.

The Child:

One infant girl, approximately 3 months old. They follow “Taking Cara Babies” and are seeking a nanny aligned with structured routines, responsive caregiving, and secure attachment.

The schedule:

• Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
• Fridays from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm
• 40 hours guaranteed

• $25–$32/hour
• All major paid holidays (13)
• Payroll through a tax & payroll company
