Support teacher

Bright Horizons is looking for a full‑time Support Teacher to join our early education team. The role supports infants, toddlers, and preschoolers and offers the opportunity to pursue a CDA or college degree at no cost.

• Assist with hands‑on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines.
• Provide coverage in any classroom or age group where teaching support is needed across a center.

• Minimum 18 years of age and a high school diploma or GED.
• Preferred 1 year of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool settings.
• Preferred CDA, associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education or a related field.

The position requires compliance with all federal, state, and local immunization and health and safety requirements. The teacher will work in person at a preschool child care center, supervising and delivering curriculum per Bright Horizons policies.

The hourly pay for this position is between $15.05 and $18.70 per hour, based on experience, education, and other factors.
