The Business Process Advisor – Healthcare will support enterprise initiatives by assessing the impact of technology changes on business processes and leading business process improvement projects. This role involves applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to analyze root causes, recommend improvements, and drive sustainable solutions. Additionally, the role will contribute to deploying process excellence through training, mentoring, and internal consulting efforts aligned with strategic enterprise goals.

Key Responsibilities

Support enterprise initiatives by evaluating the impact of technology changes on business processes.

Lead the development of future-state processes and drive operational changes.

Execute business process improvement projects, applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Conduct root cause analysis, recommend process enhancements, and monitor outcomes.

Deliver formal training on process excellence and mentor project teams.

Lead internal management consulting efforts, providing unbiased assessments and recommendations.

Ensure process improvement initiatives align with enterprise goals and the Client Enterprise Process Architecture.

Contribute to department structure, procedures, and best practices to enhance overall enterprise value.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required).

3+ years of experience in a related field.

In lieu of a degree, 5+ years of experience in a related field.
