Overview

Adecco is hiring immediately for a Fulfillment Coordinator with a local client in Durham, NC! Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

  • Pay: $22.00 per hour

    Hours:

    Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Essential Duties
  • Document and monitor Fulfillment processes to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.

  • Prepare and maintain key performance reports for management.

  • Train and support the Fulfillment team, including guidance on complex client requests.

  • Collaborate with Compliance, Logistics, and internal teams to improve procedures and resolve issues.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal customers and the Fulfillment Group.

  • Follow company safety procedures, SOPs, policies, and ISO requirements.

  • Perform additional duties as needed to support department efficiency.

At a minimum, you’ll need:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (shipping & receiving, inventory management).

  • Experience in an ISO 9001 environment is highly desirable.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.

  • Effective customer service and communication abilities.

  • Basic computer skills, including intranet, email,
    Excel
    , Word
    , and MIS systems.

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
