Job Description Summary

This position reports to the Associate Director, Customer Experience and Events for the MMS US Region. As a part of the US Region Marketing team, you will be actively involved in providing support in the areas of trade shows and sales demo requests. You will drive our participation in small-scale trade shows and support sales in ancillary events, demo requests and roadshows.

This role requires cross functional collaboration across MMS sales and platform teams as well as across other BD businesses and corporate functions.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain annual calendar of trade shows, and events.
  • Provide logistics support for trade shows and events:
    • Collaborate with Customer Experience team to coordinate logistics, sponsorship execution, attendee registration, hotels, and key deliverables for small-scale trade shows, regional sales led shows and roadshows (IMMEs).
    • Manage attendee registration and hotel blocks for large-scale trade shows.
    • Coordinate ancillary events at trade shows to include sponsor ships, meeting space, and attendee registration.
    • Track expenses and ensure meeting costs are in line with budget and adjust spend as needed.
    • Collaborate across platforms to create strategic goals per show and maximize creative abilities to accomplish goals.
    • Manage streamlined communications from beginning to end of convention including pre-planning emails, kickoff calls, planning calls, briefing book, pre-con meeting, post-show debrief, post-show report, as well as communication to the field, pre and post meeting notices, etc.
  • Day-to-day management of processes such as vendor communications and stakeholder alignment.
    • Collaborate and communicate effectively with external vendors and cross-functional teams, including but not limited to:
      Sales, Marketing Operations, Downstream, Platform, Medical Affairs, Legal, and Regulatory.
  • Assist Customer Experience with Medical, Regulatory and Legal review process.
  • Special projects upon request.
Minimum Requirement
  • Degree level qualification; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
