What You’ll Do:
- Identify and develop new client relationships within the IT & Life Sciences sectors.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Understand client staffing needs and propose tailored staffing solutions.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure successful candidate delivery and management.
- Negotiate terms of business, pricing, and service agreements.
- Track market trends to identify new opportunities and stay competitive.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Essential Skills and Experience Needed:
Minimum 3–5 years of business development or sales experience in the staffing industry (IT & Life Sciences preferred).
Demonstrated success in winning new business and growing client accounts.
Familiarity with the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and delivery models (contract, direct hire, SOW).
Relationship management for building long-term client partnerships.
Sales-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Presentation skills to effectively pitch services to clients and stakeholders.
A strong communicator with excellent collaboration, negotiation, and analytical skills. A passion for networking is key to success in this role.
