Strategy & Planning Manager – Cisco
Join the Global Specialists team where innovation and technology converge to deliver customer outcomes. We are looking for a Sales Strategy and Transformation leader to shape strategy and drive key initiatives that translate into sales growth in partnership with the Sales Leadership Team and cross‑functional collaborators.
Responsibilities- Identify, develop, and lead high‑impact strategic sales initiatives that align with the organization’s goals and drive transformation across global markets.
- Advise on GTM strategy to support the growth and scale of the global business, leveraging GTM levers to instrument growth‑driven programs.
- Partner with internal stakeholders—sales, marketing, product development, and operations—to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
- Advocate for and implement change management practices that facilitate the adoption of new strategies and processes within the sales organization.
- Serve as a thought leader, providing strategic guidance and insights to drive innovation and continuous improvement in sales practices.
- Identify growth levers in discrete new, renew, and expand sales motions.
- Assess the best use of resources, including evaluating how to spend a $1 of coverage across customers, regions, and products to increase output, with a focus on renewals and customer success.
- 4‑6+ years of experience in strategy roles or sales.
- Sales/GTM strategy experience within the Cyber Security segment preferred.
- Strong ability to frame and structure business problems, prioritize effort, and conduct complex quantitative and qualitative analysis to build an exec‑level story with recommendations.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, synthesizing complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives and drive transformation in a complex, global organization; executing programs that last 6‑12 months through completion.
- Self‑starter with a high degree of initiative, capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Curious and flexible, willing to tackle different roles/responsibilities as business needs evolve.

- BA/BS degree (MBA or equivalent experience preferred).
