WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A COLLISION CENTER ESTIMATOR:- Oversee the entire repair process from start to finish
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
- Plan repairs with OE-procedure accuracy and maintain high CSI standards
- Drive results while managing workflow efficiently
Pay:
Competitive base salary plus sliding scale commission allows top producers to be some of the highest paid in the industry - top producers achieve $130k in sales per month while maintaining a GP over 40%
Schedule:Full-time position with steady DRP volume and consistent workflow.

- Proven ability to produce $130,000+ a month in sales
- Exceptional repair planning and OE-procedure accuracy
