Description Of WorkThis position provides administrative support to the Quality Assurance (QA) and Constituent Concerns (CC) Teams.
Duties Include- Running reports utilizing Data Warehouse and the Online Case Management System (OMS)
- Generate graphics and other visuals to support reports.
- Receiving and assigning constituent concerns.
- Populate and maintain tracking logs and generating and distributing monthly reports.
Salary Range: $31,200 - $51,249
Recruitment Range: $31,200 - $38,767

The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities / Management Preferences are not required. Applicants who possess the following skills are preferred.
- Experience in prioritizing a wide variety of work
- Experience in using Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare written communication, presentations, maintain CC log etc.
- Experience in working independently with people with courtesy and tact in performing duties that may be sensitive in nature
- Experience in record keeping, compiling, summarizing, and performing basic analysis of data.
This position is funded in part through federal funds.
