The IT organization is the technological foundation of the business and partners with business leaders to design and execute digital transformation, IT risk management, and security measures aligned with enterprise architecture standards and principles.
Responsibilities- Manage and prioritize the CIO’s calendar and review senior executive email for deadlines and system‑related items that require approval.
- Communicate with direct reports on behalf of senior executives.
- Coordinate logistics for high‑level internal and external meetings.
- Coordinate meetings and strategic activities with the CIO and Leadership Team.
- Draft reports, letters of solicitation, and prepare and coordinate oral and written communication.
- Coordinate agenda for senior management team staff meetings and record minutes.
- Maintain and execute a Communications Plan for the CIO.
- Coordinate all logistics for annual site visits; travel required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.
- Five or more years of executive C‑suite support for upper‑level management in a related organization.
- Excellent time‑management, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and One Drive.
- Ability to work independently with professional discretion.
- Ability to plan ahead to ensure the CIO is prepared for future meetings.
- Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills.
- Ability to use discretion and honor confidentiality.
- Self‑starter, self‑managed, capable of driving outcomes.
- Available to work overtime as needed to complete tasks.
- Ideal candidate located in the Raleigh/Durham area; remote arrangement possible.
Eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance with the applicable incentive plan.
