Accounting Clerk II

Job Description:
- Performs data entry related to accounts payable and receivable. Reviews and processes billing and payroll transactions.
- Codes invoices to accounts.
- Prepares periodic reconciliation reports.
- Post cash receipts. Able to perform general bookkeeping tasks as assigned. Requires aptitude for quantitative analysis and strong MS Excel skills.
- Experience with Accounts Payable in an ERP system, SAP preferred but not required.
