Casting Flux Bagging Operator

Responsibilities

Handling shift independently.
Ensure accuracy of weight of individual box/ bulk bag.
Ensure perfect counting of box/bulk bag in single shift.
Time to time providing stock information of packing material.
Maintain safety rules & regulations.
Maintain minimum knowledge of maintenance of bagging machine.
Strictly follow SOP and Risk assessment
Shift Wise maintain clean environment in working area.
Follow 5S
Contribute ideas to continuous improvement.
Selection of box according to the bulk density
Forklift operation

Profile/Competencies

Education, background, level of experience

Essential/Mandatory

ITI with a minimum working experience of 2-3 Yrs in the above-mentioned field. Candidates should have good knowledge in register maintain.

Preferred

Excellent communication.
Ability to make decisions.
Computer literate in MS office/ G Suit.
Safety oriented.
