About the Role
You’ll oversee outbound logistics, managing the movement of vehicles from stockyard to dealer with an eye on delivery performance, turnaround times, and condition. You’ll liaise across transporters, conversion centres, and dealers to make sure every delivery meets expectation.

What You’ll Do

• Manage vehicle dispatch from stockyard to dealers

• Monitor transport turnaround times and resolve delays

• Track fitments and special conversions pre-delivery

• Oversee vehicle storage, cleaning, and secondary movements

• Handle dealer communication and escalations

• Coordinate non-runner transport and technical repairs

• Maintain delivery, damage, and performance reports

• Use systems like Autocart and ENatis to manage dispatch records

• Ensure financial releases are confirmed before delivery

What You Bring

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or outbound operations

• Strong coordination and communication skills

• Knowledge of vehicle handling, transport systems, and dealer networks

• Problem-solving mindset with a detail-oriented approach

• System literacy (Autocart, ENatis, and supplier platforms)
