This is a full-time, on-site role located in Durban for a Golf Coach. The Golf Coach will be responsible for planning and delivering golf training sessions for individuals and groups, developing tailored improvement plans based on skill levels, and ensuring that students achieve their goals. The role also involves mentoring and motivating students to develop their potential, evaluating progress, and ensuring a fun, safe, and inclusive learning environment.

The Golf Coach should have a passion for teaching, a deep understanding of golf techniques and strategies, and the ability to adapt instruction methods to suit diverse participants.

• Thorough understanding of golf techniques, rules, strategies, and the ability to effectively impart them to students
• Strong communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and guide learners
• Experience in planning and leading sports training sessions for individuals or groups
• Ability to assess skill levels, set realistic improvement goals, and track student progress over time
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Certification or accreditation as a golf instructor is highly desirable
• Experience in coaching or professional golf playing is considered an advantage
• A passion for promoting an inclusive and welcoming environment
