Lifeguard Site Manager x

The National Sea Rescue Institute (NSRI) is recruiting experienced and professional aquatic safety staff to support the Club Med Tinley Manor Lifeguarding Operation.

This flagship project delivers world-class water safety within a premium international resort environment and offers candidates the opportunity to work within a structured, high-performance safety operation. The Lifeguard Site Manager will oversee the full operational delivery of the Club Med Lifeguarding Programme, ensuring safety compliance, staffing effectiveness, operational readiness and professional service delivery across all aquatic zones. The Lifeguard Site Manager will report directly to the Lifeguard Operations Manager.

This is a fixed-term contract position commencing on 30 June 2026 and concluding on 30 June 2027. The incumbent will be remunerated at an hourly rate of R140.00.
