This is not a remote position. The successful candidate will be based at our Head Office in Hillcrest and will be required to travel nationally as needed.
Who we areCARtime is a nationally established automotive service and repair franchise brand expanding across South Africa. As we continue to grow our national footprint, we are seeking a driven and professional Franchise Sales & Development Executive to lead the recruitment, onboarding, and development of new franchise partners.
You will be responsible for managing the franchise sales process from initial enquiry through to store launch, including candidate screening, site selection, and lease negotiation support.
This role requires a confident closer with strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage multiple development projects simultaneously.

- Manage and convert franchise enquiries into signed franchise agreements
- Conduct franchise presentations and discovery meetings
- Evaluate and screen prospective franchise partners
- Coordinate and support site selection and territory planning
- Conduct national site visits as required
- Assist with lease negotiations and landlord engagement
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and sales forecasting
- Represent CARtime professionally at all times
- Minimum 3 years’ proven sales experience (franchise, property, business development, or similar preferred)
- Demonstrated closing ability and strong negotiation skills
- Commercially astute with solid financial understanding
- Valid driver’s licence
- Own reliable vehicle (non-negotiable)
- Willingness to travel nationally
- Based in Kwa Zulu-Natal and able to work daily from the Hillcrest Head Office
