Technical Sales Representative

SA - Kwa Zulu Natal, Durban (Market related, Negotiable)
The Technical Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth within the Kwa Zulu-Natal region by developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships within the technical and industrial sectors. The role focuses on providing technically sound lighting solutions, engaging with engineers, contractors, mining and heavy industry stakeholders, and achieving or exceeding agreed sales targets. The incumbent will operate independently, manage their territory strategically, and represent the company at industry and trade events
Minimum requirements:

Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the lighting industry

Strong understanding of lighting products and applications

Experience in lighting design software (AGi
32 and/or Relux)

Demonstrated ability to close sales and develop new business

Experience engaging with technical and industrial stakeholders

Basic computer literacy and CRM usage

Valid driver’s licence with own reliable vehicle
