We are looking for a high-performance, experienced, Senior Account Manager to join our KZN team and drive growth within the VAR and MSP segment.
Success requires strong commercial acumen, excellent relationship management, technical product understanding, and the ability to drive complex deals and rollout projects.
The role requires proactive account planning, strategic territory management, and a high level of professionalism consistent with Syntech's core values.
What You'll Do- Grow revenue, GP, and active customers across your portfolio.
- Build strategic relationships with VARs, MSPs, and project-based resellers.
- Drive brand penetration across Syntech's premium portfolio.
- Identify and close project opportunities, tenders, and rollouts.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Work closely with Product, Internal Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.
