Role PurposeWe are seeking a high-energy Sales Enthusiast who is genuinely passionate about being in front of people and finding solutions to the challenges they face. The role has a focus on Dry container sales and rentals. Based in our Durban office
, this position requires national travel and offers a clear career trajectory toward becoming our National Sales Manager

- Business Development
:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through face-to-face meetings and networking. - Client Relationship Management: Maintain a strong presence with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify further service opportunities.
- Problem Solving
:
Work closely with customers to understand their specific logistical or storage challenges and present tailored Almar solutions. - National Outreach
:
Travel across South Africa to represent the Almar brand and manage national accounts. - Leadership Transition
:
Collaborate with leadership to develop sales strategies as you transition toward national management responsibilities.
- Experience: Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is essential. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Industry Knowledge: While previous container sales experience is beneficial
, it is not a requirement; we value your sales aptitude and character above all else. High attention to detail and accuracy. - Mobility: Must be willing and able to travel nationally as required by the role.
