Responsibilities
- Responsible for Account management and development
- Liaise between customers and cross-functional departments to ensure timely and successful delivery of services
- Identify new potential customers, prospect, needs analysis, proposal and close
- Develop strategic relationships with key role players and stakeholders
- Ensure monthly and annual targets are achieved
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business is highly advantageous
- Minimum 3 years’ proven sales experience or customer engagement gained within the Courier, Logistics, or Supply Chain industry.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM Software
- Valid driver and own reliable transport
- Knowledge of business principles (i.e. financial, operational, customer experience)
- Between 3 - 5 Years
