This full‑time, on‑site Sales Broker role is based in Durban. The Sales Broker will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying potential clients, and offering tailored insurance solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing client inquiries, providing top‑notch customer service, meeting sales targets, facilitating training sessions, and maintaining professional knowledge of brokerage and sales strategies.

• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills to effectively communicate and meet client needs
• Experience in Brokerage and Real Estate, with the ability to provide expert advice to clients
• Proficiency in Training and mentoring skills
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment
• Relevant certification or experience in financial services, sales, or related fields is advantageous
