Position Overview

FAW Trucks Stucky Motors Group seeks a driven and results‑oriented Online Social Media Sales Specialist to manage and convert digital enquiries into vehicle sales. This fully office‑based role focuses on engaging customers through social media platforms, responding to leads, and overseeing quality and reporting to management and marketing agencies.

• Manage and respond to all sales enquiries received via social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Whats App, Linked In, etc.)
• Engage with potential customers professionally and timeously
• Qualify leads and follow up consistently until the sale is concluded
• Promote FAW Trucks through sales‑driven posts, adverts, and online campaigns
• Provide accurate product information, specifications, pricing, and quotations
• Maintain an up‑to‑date lead‑tracking system and customer database
• Liaise with sales management, finance, and operations to ensure smooth deal processing
• Submit regular sales and lead performance reports

• Proven experience in online sales and social media lead conversion (any industry)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Confident using Whats App Business, Meta Business Suite, and CRM systems
• Target‑driven, organised, and self‑motivated
• Office‑based position
• Monday to Friday 07:30 – 17:00
