Job Description

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with proven retail management experience and the ability to work within a high performing environment where consistency, expertise and long term contribution matter. This focused and experienced retail professional, must share our commitment to fashion, quality and customer service excellence and will assist in maximizing turnover and profits; controlling expenses within budget and improving the visual appeal and customer service of all stores based in his/her area.
The incumbent will be responsible for managing and meeting KPI’s in 6-8 stores.

- Qualification/s:
Matric (a business related qualification will be an advantage) - Experience / Knowledge:
Previous experience as an Area Manager of multiple stores
- • Strong retail business acumen and trader mentality
• Target and turnover driven, whilst being security conscious
• Good administration, planning and time management skills
• Good interviewing and recruitment skills
• Excellent management and IR skills
• Strong leadership, training and coaching skills – able to motivate and inspire
• Energetic, self-motivated and resilient with a flair for fashion
• Excellent verbal and written communicate skills (computer literate)
• Knowledge of merchandising principles and fashion
• Customer centric - Value stability, routine and personal accountability
