• Monitor and manage store budgets.
• Analyze financial reports.
• Implement strategies to optimize profitability and control expenses.

• Champion exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.

• Manage stock levels.
• Facilitate inter‑store transfers.
• Ensure effective merchandising and housekeeping standards across all locations.

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an Area Manager role.
• Must have own reliable car with valid licence disc.
• Essential experience within the clothing retail sector.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve performance targets.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, loss prevention, and customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high‑performing teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong business acumen and financial literacy.
• Valid driver's license “in hand” and “not expired” and willingness to travel extensively within the Kzn region.
• Matric certification required, a retail operations qualification is advantageous.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
