To ensure each Jonsson Workwear store is accurately and sufficiently stocked to meet the needs of our hardworking customers, we rely on the forecasting prowess of our Demand Planners. To support this vital function within our business, we are looking to strengthen our Demand Planning team with a detail-oriented, decisive and self-motivated Demand Planner.

With your continual collaboration across teams and sound decision-making, you will directly impact our ability to deliver on our promise of service excellence. Your analytical approach and strong commercial judgment will ensure that every store is stocked to succeed, and that our customers can count on us to deliver.

• Be a natural problem solver, using data and insights to make informed decisions that improve demand forecasting.
• Pay close attention to data details while keeping a strategic view of the business’s bigger‑picture objectives.
• Proactively coordinate with cross‑functional teams to optimise stock levels for marketing campaigns, new product launches and merchandising strategies.
• Liaise between Operations and stores, providing clear communication and hands‑on support to coordinate accurate stock levels.
• Continually pursue smarter, more efficient ways to enhance processes that ultimately best serve our customers.
