• Lead planning strategy & align with business objectives
• Partner with Senior Buyers & cross‑functional teams
• Coach and develop planning associates
• Drive forecasting, KPI tracking & stock flow management
• Present insights to senior leadership

✔ What you’ll bring:

• 5–7 years merchandise planning experience (homeware experience advantageous)
• 2+ years team leadership/management experience
• Relevant degree/diploma (Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, Retail Business Management, or Statistics)
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills & advanced Excel proficiency
