What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing F&B and stock control across multiple restaurant sites
• Overseeing ordering, receiving, stock counts, transfers and variances
• Actively identifying and resolving wastage, shrinkage and cost leaks
• Implementing, maintaining and improving robust stock systems and controls
• Working closely with site managers, chefs and finance teams
• Producing accurate stock, variance and cost reports
• Supporting new openings and operational growth phases
• Driving consistency and discipline across all sites

What We’re Looking For

• Essential: Proven experience in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant environment
• Demonstrated success in F&B stock control or cost control
• Strong operational understanding of kitchen and front-of-house workflows
• Highly organised, analytical and detail-driven
• Confident communicator who can hold teams accountable
• Comfortable working across multiple locations
• Tech-savvy with experience using stock and reporting systems
