Overview

We are seeking a motivated and personable Residential Property Agent to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients to rent residential properties, providing expert guidance, building lasting client relationships, and ensuring a smooth transaction process from start to finish.

• Source and list residential properties to rent.
• Conduct property viewings and open houses.
• Assist clients with renting properties.
• Provide accurate property valuations and market advice.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, tenants, and industry contacts.
• Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants.
• Prepare necessary documentation such as mandates & lease agreements.
• Stay up to date with property laws, regulations, and market trends.

• Proven experience as a real estate agent (preferred).
• Knowledge of local property market and neighbourhoods.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, energetic, and results-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and properties efficiently.
• Own transport and valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance and demeanour.
