This hybrid Real Estate Agent position is based in Durban. Responsibilities, and not limited to, include guiding clients through the buying, selling, and renting of real estate properties, showcasing properties, preparing and reviewing legal documents, networking with potential clients, and conducting property market analysis. You will collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction while maintaining professionalism and high-quality service standards.

• Guide clients through the buying, selling, and renting of real estate properties
• Showcase properties to potential buyers or renters
• Prepare and review legal documents related to real estate transactions
• Network with potential clients to generate new business
• Conduct property market analysis to inform clients and strategy
• Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction and maintain high-quality service standards

• Full-status agents (NQF4) with a valid FFC
• 1-2 years of real estate experience
• Proficiency in sales and real estate transactions
• Knowledge of real property laws and regulations
• Own car, laptop, and cellphone (mandatory)
• Extensive knowledge of the property market
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in the local Durban property market is a plus
• Motivated and results-driven individual with excellent negotiation skills
