Quality Manager

Feltex is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to provide strong leadership, supervision, and operational control of external quality activities and projects for the business unit. The successful incumbent will be responsible for ensuring effective management of quality initiatives, adherence to quality and regulatory standards, and consistent achievement of quality objectives in alignment with business goals.

This role plays a key part in supporting operational excellence by coordinating external quality audits, monitoring quality performance metrics, optimising quality processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the unit. The Quality Manager will also support coordination of Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) compliance, serve as a primary point of contact between quality teams, external partners, and management, foster a culture of quality, accountability, and collaboration, and ensure that all quality and SHE practices align with organisational objectives and compliance requirements.
