The Role

Responsible for conducting audits and supervising the quality and competence of the auditor pool, ensuring all audit activities meet internal and industry standards. Drives continuous improvement, technical excellence, and supports the development of auditors across the organization.

About YouYou have solid expertise in QHSE auditing and industry standards, paired with strong leadership skills to guide and mentor auditors. Detail-oriented and organized, you balance audit delivery with team supervision while driving continuous improvement. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.
Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a QHSE Auditor, preferably with Lead Auditor credentials
- Postgraduate degree required
- Strong knowledge of relevant standards and compliance frameworks
- Experience in mentoring or supervising audit teams
- Ability to manage priorities and deliver results within deadlines
- Excellent communication skills; proficiency in English is essential
- Willingness to travel
