Support relevant departments e.g., Production, Engineering, & QCE engineering.
• Be able to feedback to the relevant areas and management effectively.
• Have adequate knowledge of the mechanical operations of the vehicle that enables diagnose of malfunctions.
• Able to perform problem solving, fault finding and root cause analysis techniques when required.
• Good understanding of vehicle spec as well as vast knowledge of the components on the vehicle.
• Updating of daily occurrence defect sheets (Recording of daily defects)
• Must be prepared to work shifts, overtime and standby as and when required.
• Participation in Projects, development and kaizen activities
• Organizing and planning spares required for replacement of connectors.
• Safety & housekeeping aspects of the job.

• N4 or Higher (Auto Electrician Qualification & Trade Test).
• Minimum 3 Years on job experience.
• Able to use diagnostic equipment in detail (Tec stream, intelligent testers, TVECS, C-Best).
• Read and interpret auto electrical drawings from SMS  and Schematic circuits from ATCS.
• Proper usage of specialized services tools.
• Driving and testing of the vehicle’s ability.
• Must have the ability to read, write and understand all process sheets and standards.
