IntroductionAre you a detail‑driven marketing professional with a passion for brand building, promotions, and delivering campaigns that drive real commercial impact? We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of high‑impact marketing initiatives across our Brakes and Chemicals portfolio. Working closely with the Marketing Lead, Sales teams, and external partners, this role plays a key part in strengthening brand equity, supporting sales growth, and ensuring consistent, professional marketing execution across all channels.

- Support the implementation of the annual category marketing calendar in collaboration with Product and Sales teams.
- Coordinate product launches, packaging updates, toolkits, and communication materials.
- Assist with the development of signage, POS material, display stands, and promotional give‑aways.
- Coordinate advertising and branding activities with internal stakeholders.
- Support product and sales training initiatives and track effectiveness.
- Assist in developing and executing promotional campaigns in line with category plans.
- Brief agencies or internal resources and manage timelines and approvals.
- Track campaign performance, assist with ROI reporting, and post‑campaign reviews.
- Communicate and roll out promotions to the sales team and support monthly Action Items updates.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers.
- Coordinate brand events, factory tours, trade shows, and sales activations.
- Roll out branding materials and merchandising across trade and retail environments.
- Conduct trade visits and gather market and competitor insights.
- Assist with social media content planning and execution.
- Maintain and update brand websites to ensure alignment with corporate messaging.
- Support digital storytelling through testimonials, case studies, photography, and video content.
- Coordinate customer communications via Whats App Business and emailers.
- Assist with analytics reporting for websites and social platforms.
- Manage day‑to‑day marketing budgets for the Brakes & Chemicals categories.
- Obtain quotes, manage suppliers, and coordinate promotional stock and distribution.
- Monitor stock levels and re‑order points in collaboration with Purchasing.
- Prepare presentations and reports for management and board meetings.
- Matric and a relevant 3‑year degree or diploma.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in brand management, marketing, and promotions.
- Strong design capability using Canva or similar tools.
- At least 2 years’ experience creating social media content and copy.
- Experience coordinating events, show stands, and sponsor ships.
- Experience with website and social media analytics.
