Digital Marketing Specialist

What You’ll Do:

Your role will focus on advertising across multiple platforms, primarily Facebook, Instagram, and Google. You'll have the opportunity to work with diverse clients, ensuring their ads are optimized for maximum impact. With hands-on experience, you’ll learn directly from some of the industry’s most talented advertisers, gaining insights into revenue-driven advertising and marketing psychology.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage ad accounts daily, making necessary adjustments to budgets, bids, and creatives.

Collaborate with our talented designers and creative team to secure assets for your campaigns.

Develop new marketing angles and copy tailored for various industries.

Communicate effectively with clients, reporting on ad performance and strategizing for future success.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in managing ad spend within the last 12 months.

A solid understanding of TOF, MOF, and BOF account structure.

Exceptional copywriting skills and the ability to craft compelling marketing angles.

An openness to feedback and a willingness to improve performance by following internal processes.

Strong communication skills native to perfect English language standards.
