As the sole marketing professional, you will oversee strategy support, digital marketing, content creation, branding, and campaign execution. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support the implementation of marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

• Manage and maintain all digital channels, including social media and website content.

• Create marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.

• Plan and execute campaigns across digital and offline channels.

• Support lead generation and sales efforts through marketing initiatives.

• Conduct market research, monitor competitors, and identify new opportunities.

• Track marketing performance metrics and prepare reports for management.

• Coordinate with external vendors, media contacts, and partners as needed.

• Maintain organized records of campaigns, marketing assets, and analytics.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a generalist or all-rounder role.

• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with social media platforms and basic design tools (e.g., Canva).

• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

• Willingness to travel to other site locations when required.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, email marketing platforms).

• Experience with content creation and copywriting.

• Ability to coordinate events and manage external vendors.
