Affiliate Programme Manager

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

An Affiliate Programme Manager who is responsible for managing and optimising our affiliate marketing programme. You will collaborates with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute strategies that drive affiliate recruitment, engagement and revenue growth. You will display a deep understanding of affiliate marketing, possess strong analytical skills and have excellent relationship-building abilities.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

• Develop and xxecute Affiliate Marketing strategy
• Affiliate recruitment and on-boarding
• Performance tracking and optimisation
• Affiliate communication and relationship management

WHAT DO YOU NEED:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital or related field
• Valid driver’s license
• 5+ years of experience in the digital marketing industry (Affiliate experience preferred)
• 2
  -3 years’ experience in the digital marketing industry (Affiliate experience preferred)
• 1-2 years leading a team
• 2-3 years of negotiating skills within a sales environment
• Minimum of 2 years sales / lead generation experience
