Bakery Manager

We’re looking for a hands‑on, creative, and quality‑driven Bakery Manager to lead our in‑store bakery team. • Oversee daily bakery operations — from production planning to quality control.
• Ensure freshness, consistency, and presentation of all baked products.
• Manage stock levels, waste control, and cost efficiency.
• Lead, train, and motivate a skilled bakery team.
• Work closely with the Fresh Manager to align product variety and seasonal offerings.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a bakery management role.
• Strong product knowledge — breads, pastries, cakes, and confectionery.
