We’re looking for a hands‑on, creative, and quality‑driven Bakery Manager to lead our in‑store bakery team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a key department, producing exceptional baked goods that rival the best in the business. The ideal candidate would be business minded, coupled with a hands‑on approach and creative flair in the breads, pastries, cakes, and confectionery space.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily bakery operations — from production planning to quality control.
- Ensure freshness, consistency, and presentation of all baked products.
- Manage stock levels, waste control, and cost efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate a skilled bakery team.
- Work closely with the Fresh Manager to align product variety and seasonal offerings.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a bakery management role.
- Strong product knowledge — breads, pastries, cakes, and confectionery.
- A passion for artisanal quality and customer satisfaction.
- Leadership ability and a flair for creativity.
