A well-established Plastics manufacturing company is seeking a Night Shift Supervisor to oversee production operations, ensure product quality, and manage staff performance during night shifts.

This role is ideal for someone with solid organisational and people management abilities who can maintain efficiency, uphold quality standards, and troubleshoot production challenges in a fast-paced setting.

• Supervise night shift operations and ensure smooth production flow
• Oversee staff allocation, attendance, and performance on shift
• Monitor and maintain product quality in line with company standards
• Troubleshoot production problems and implement quick, effective solutions
• Record and track production targets, ensuring goals are consistently met
• Enforce adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.Ps)
• Promote a safe, productive, and team-oriented working environment
• Maintain accurate shift records and communicate reports to management

• Matric (Grade 12) – essential
• Previous manufacturing experience required (plastics experience advantageous)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Computer literate with strong record-keeping skills
• Self-disciplined, assertive, and able to work independently
• Own transport preferred (due to shift hours)
• Willingness to work night shifts (6pm–6am, Monday–Thursday) and one weekend per month

• The position is available immediately
  . Training will be conducted on day shift before transitioning to night shift.
