Vehicle Sales Manager

An established car dealership in the Upper Highway area is seeking a dynamic, results-driven New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead their sales team and drive overall dealership performance.

• Lead, manage, and motivate the new vehicle sales team to achieve and exceed monthly targets
• Drive sales performance, profitability, and market share growth
• Implement effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions
• Monitor daily sales activities, forecasting, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies, OEM standards, and industry regulations
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and handle escalated sales queries
• Coach, mentor, and develop sales staff to maximize individual and team performance
• Work closely with senior management and other departments to ensure seamless operations

• Matric qualification (relevant tertiary qualification advantageous)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in new vehicle sales
• At least 3 years’ experience in a senior or management role within vehicle sales
• Proven track record of leading and managing successful sales teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven with a hands-on management approach
• Valid driver’s license

• Basic Salary: R30 000 – R35 000 (negotiable based on skills and experience)
