Our client is looking to employ a Claims Consultant _La Lucia.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage homeowners' insurance claims from start to finish
- Apply policy wording accurately for fair, compliant outcomes
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers
- Investigate risks, analyze reports, and collaborate with experts
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and service providers
- Matric is must!
- 4 years' Short-term Insurance experience (homeowners' claims preferred)
- Strong technical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- FETC:
Short-Term Insurance (NQF Level
4)
