As our Senior End User Computing (EUC) Support Engineer
, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing our global end‑user environment. You’ll act as a senior technical expert, owning group Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools, supporting business‑critical applications, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across a worldwide footprint. In this senior role, you’ll collaborate closely with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and Business Applications teams, delivering high‑quality technical solutions aligned with our organizational goals.

Responsibilities
  • Support, maintain, and enhance MDM technologies including Microsoft Intune, JAMF, AWS Work spaces, MS Company Portal.
  • Build, run, and troubleshoot EUC system applications and device policies.
  • Work with cross‑functional teams and 3rd‑party vendors across multiple geographies.
  • Lead and support technical discussions, scoping, definition, and solution design for EUC projects.
  • Provide support across end‑user networking, software packaging, MFA, OSD, virtual desktop technologies, and threat management.
  • Deliver global Audio/Visual (A/V) support and enable meeting room technology success.
  • Administer Active Directory, Azure AD, user groups, and device provisioning.
  • Perform incident and problem management, including RCA for Priority 1 incidents.
  • Document standards, procedures, KB articles, and service design materials.
  • Mentor L1 and L2 engineers, contribute to training, and uplift team capability.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding processes, hardware asset management, and high‑priority incident standby (one week per month).
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and automation/scripting activities.
  • Stay up to date with evolving EUC technologies, earning relevant certifications.
  • Support audit and compliance efforts, including ISO
    27001 and ITGC.
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of end‑user hardware (Dell, Apple, mobile devices) and core EUC technologies.
  • Proficiency with Intune, JAMF, Azure AD/Entra , O365, OKTA, Microsoft Defender, and AWS/Azure VDI.
  • Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, Wi‑Fi, VPN) and experience with software packaging, MFA, OSD, and virtual machines.
  • Experience with meeting room tech, Teams Rooms, and global A/V support.
  • Skilled in documentation, ITSM tools (Service Now/Remedy), and scripting (Power Shell, Bash, Python).
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to mentor junior engineers.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years supporting global IT environments; 2+ years EUC/iGaming experience preferred.
  • ITIL certification (preferred) and understanding of ISO
    27001/ITGC.
