Business Analyst

In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving digital transformation and ensuring the organization's systems and processes are aligned with its strategic goals. Your primary focus will be to understand and analyse the business requirements, propose effective solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.

• Minimum 3-year Tertiary qualification in ICT or related discipline
• Relevant certifications in Business Analysis (FTI, IIBA)
• Training in Jira/Azure Dev Ops, Certification in ITIL Foundation
• Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in:
  • Complex technology environment doing business analysis and system analysis.
  • Business Case development, documentation management, analysis diagram management, and design according to SDLC.
  • Mobile infrastructure business analysis and documenting user stories.
  • Experience working on API integration projects, software upgrades, architecture changes, infrastructure, and implementation of new components.
  • Experience of working with security design principles.
  • Experience in advanced SQL
  • Experience in Azure Dev Ops Services
  • Experience in working with Microservices architecture and Web-based, mobile applications.
  • Experience in applying Agile methodology
