SUMMARYAre you a driven, hands‑on Digital Marketer ready to take full ownership of multiple brands’ online presence? A dynamic, fast‑growing marketing team based in Ballito is looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented professional to manage and optimise the entire digital ecosystem across various brands.
POSITION INFOThis is an in‑house role suited to someone who thrives in a high‑energy, creative‑meets‑strategic environment and knows how to turn ideas into measurable results.
Duties and Responsibilities Social Media & Content Management- Plan, create (copy), schedule, and publish content for the company and all partner brands.
- Manage monthly content calendars end‑to‑end.
- Handle community management daily: DMs, comments, inboxes, audience engagement, and spam filtering.
- Set up the company email ecosystem from scratch.
- Build and maintain email lists for the company and partner brands.
- Create and schedule multiple weekly newsletters per brand.
- Manage all inbound enquiries and communication workflows.
- Set up automation flows (welcome, nurture, abandoned cart, etc.).
- Create and optimise lead gen funnels across Meta, Google, Tik Tok, and landing pages.
- Build and manage full‑funnel paid campaigns (Meta, Google, Tik Tok).
- Manage budgets, pacing, targeting, and continuous optimisation.
- Set up and maintain full tracking environments (GA4, Meta Pixel, Tik Tok Pixel, UTM systems).
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure accurate performance data across all touchpoints.
- Make updates and edits on Word Press and Shopify sites.
- Support conversion flow improvements and integration across email, paid, and lead gen.
- Liaise with developers for larger updates where needed.
- Manage Google Business Profiles across all brands.
- Post updates, respond to reviews, manage visibility.
- Perform basic SEO updates (metadata, alt text, structure).
- Produce monthly reports for each brand covering social, paid, email, website, and Google.
- Extract insights and provide recommendations, not just raw data.
- Monitor accounts daily and flag issues early (ad disapprovals, downtime, inbox spikes, etc.).
- Maintain a central digital asset library, organised, structured, up‑to‑date.
- Track trends, competitor movement, and algorithm updates.
- Work closely with brand, strategy, design, and project management teams.
- Contribute digital insights to pitch decks and proposals.
- Anticipate needs and take initiative, don’t wait for instruction.
- 3–5+ years of digital marketing experience (agency experience is a big plus).
- Strong copywriting ability across platforms.
- Hands‑on experience with:
- Meta Business Suite
- Google Ads
- Tik Tok Ads Manager
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Email platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Mailer Lite, etc.)
- Shopify & Word Press
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Strong multitasking and organisational ability.
- A portfolio, case studies, or examples of digital work are a bonus.
- A confident, experienced digital marketer who can run independently without hand holding.
- Strong in both creative and analytical thinking, able to write, plan, optimise, measure, and improve.
- Comfortable managing multiple brands with very different tones, audiences, and objectives.
- Naturally proactive, you spot problems and solutions early.
- Highly organised and comfortable with pace.
- Someone who thrives in an in‑person environment where collaboration is constant.
