Neo Product Success Manager

Responsibilities
  • Drive adoption of the Neo Series within schools, engaging both learners and educators.
  • Provide support and training to onboarding educators and learners.
  • Engage with educational institutions and individuals to gather customer feedback on the product.

    • Drive year-on-year retention of educational institutions using the Neo Series.
    • Promote adoption of Neo Series within partner schools by ensuring it is effectively integrated into their teaching and learning processes.
    • Track and improve quarterly active usage from learners, educators, and learning guides.
    • Manage and optimize individual subscription renewals for learners.
    Onboarding & Support
    • Lead the onboarding process for new educational institutions, ensuring seamless integration and training for educators, learners, and learning guides.
    • Collaborate with the Customer Service Helpdesk to address technical and product-related queries efficiently.
    • Ensure training resources and knowledge bases are updated to assist users in effectively utilising Neo Series.
    • Develop and implement strategies for gathering and analysing customer feedback.
    • Conduct surveys and site visits to partner institutions to understand challenges and areas for improvement.
    • Advocate for user needs and ensure their feedback is incorporated into future product updates.
    Performance Monitoring & Reporting
    • Utilize data analytics to monitor product performance, user engagement, and institutional adoption.
    • Provide regular reports on key KPIs, including retention rates, adoption metrics, and usage statistics.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends and propose improvements to the Neo Series offering.
    Process & Operational Management
    • Oversee the printing and distribution of Neo Series physical textbooks, ensuring timely delivery to educational institutions and individual learners.
    • Optimize internal workflows related to customer success and product operations using CRM and project management tools.
    • Coordinate product administration responsibilities with Senior Coordinators to ensure schools are onboarded timeously.
    • Manage the product budget
